Individual Therapy

Both private pay and insurance is accepted.

At this time, all services are provided virtually out of respect for the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19.

There are 3 Private Session Levels:

30 minute Brief telephone or video sessions. Designed to answer questions, address simple issues, or provide mid-session support for ongoing clients. Fee: $90

55 minute Standard sessions. For regular weekly psychotherapy designed to support through and address primary treatment goals. Fee: $180

80 minute Extended sessions. Provides increased support for addressing self-harm, desiring increased general support, or having more complex issues that a Standard session does not allow time for. Fee: $220

Initial Consults are free, scheduled for approximately 15 minutes, and are an introductory call to determine your needs, discuss questions, and fees.

Insurance is accepted through Headway. See below for your insurance carrier, then go to Headway to apply and request my services:

I can also provide invoice repayment with your insurance through Super-Billing, if your insurance allows this.

You will have the opportunity to review all policies and procedures prior to committing to treatment.

Ask about sliding scale fees if this is outside your ability to pay.

Training/ Education

Trainings are provided on a wide-range of topics related to sexualized violence, including what are considered “taboo” subjects in the professional recovery field. My research and work into victims’ experience of arousal during sexual abuse and assault, along with sexual compulsions and desires that often stem from sexual trauma is well-regarded, though largely undiscussed.

Please inquire for a list of trainings provided for your agency or practice.

Fees range from $500 (1-hr) to $5,000 (daylong), depending on length and complexity of training, and number of participants. Multi-day trainings are also available.

Reduced fees can be arranged for non-profit agencies and individuals.

Integrated Services

Some of the deeper work I do requires the involvement of other professionals skilled in the arts of touch-recovery and somatic experiencing.

These are additional services I may recommend, though costs would be negotiated separately with those professionals.
